My husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience with Tri Costal Inc, we had our roof, siding, gutters and trim done. Trae Simmons & his team were very professional, informative & personable. He was always quick to answer any of our calls or texts. Trae coordinated everything with our insurance company and independent adjuster to determine needs and full coverage. The contractors who arrived to perform the work were efficient, prompt, & respectful. Trae would check in every day and ensure the work was done to perfection. Couldn't be happier! I've had the pleasure of dealing with Tri-Coastal twice & both times they have exceeded my expectations! They put a new roof on my house three years ago and the whole process was great. Matt, with Tri-Coastal was fantastic to deal with.
Last week, I had a tree branch go through my roof from a recent storm, Tyler (again from Tri-Coastal) came out to give me an estimate to fix it. He was a pleasure to deal with. He made me feel like family. His estimate was way lower than any estimate I received from other roofing companies and Tri-Coastal & Tyler again exceeded all my expectations.
