We had a very small job on our roof that needed to be done. Highmark was recommended by friends and they were right. We called and they said they had another job in our area that would be started in about a week and they would stop by to do our work at the same time. They stayed in contact with us, let us know when to expect them and checked up after the work was done. We called other companies and when they learned how small a job it was they weren’t interested. Highmark gets high marks from us.
We needed to have our siding replaced, and are extremely happy with the final results. Chevy was extremely helpful, and explained the process from start to finish. He handled everything with our insurance company and made the entire process seamless. He was available to us whenever we had any questions, responded promptly, and ensured us that the job would be taken care of to our satisfaction. He was absolutely correct. The crew was very neat, efficient, and courteous. We could not be happier with our new siding, and greatly appreciate all of Chevy's help (and the crew) for making this project a success.
I run into Chevy when he was inspecting my neighbor's roof and I told him I had a townhouse which was 22 years old and needed a new roof badly. Chevy was there inspecting the roof the next day and the process began. He was very friendly and thorough, explained everything to me and guided me through the whole process.
