Today I had the pleasure of calling the For Eyes Nottingham location and having Sarah help troubleshoot me through a few problems. My account wasn't recognizing my prescription and I needed to order new ones as my last pair that were in my eyes yesterday started being very uncomfortable as I wear monthlies. Sarah took the time to go over my information to make sure it was accurate, looked if there was a trail pair in store (unfortunately there wasn't) and fielded all my questions. Employees like Sarah should be appreciated for their kindness and understanding especially over the phone while in a store location. Thank you Sarah.

I cannot say enough about Keosha. She was so friendly and helpful. Her customer service was top tier, and she made the process very easy. It was also my first digital appointment and Keosha explained the process to me from beginning to end. I highly recommend this location!

My 16 yr old daughter had her eye exam appointment and ordered her contacts here yesterday.

The staff were very polite with great customer service as always.

Our insurance was pretty good and we were able to get a great price for her contacts.
