I enjoyed the services at Shady Beach. I wish they would have walked Declan with his own Leash that was provided as his esophagus issues require him to not have one around his neck. I mentioned his esophagus issues when registering him online. But other than that I am very pleased with the service. They took great care of him and he had a great experience with them. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond to keep my little one happy while I was away on Vacation. I will look forward to hopefully using their services one day again in the future.
This place is AMAZING!! They are kind, understanding and just awesome with your pet(s)!! They are very understanding to nervous pet parents when it is your first time going to them!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone with pets!
We have been boarding our beloved poochie here for many years and are always grateful for the excellent care he receives there. He loves visiting what we call “doggie hotel.”
I do not generally leave reviews, but after his last visit, I had to share this experience. He was recently undergoing treatment for an illness and we had a family emergency. We had no choice but to board him. We entrusted his care to Shady Beach and he was treated like a king! I highly recommend this Kennel for their sincere kindness and the genuine care that our pet receives when he goes.
