N E Nails offers an amazing and friendly experience for its customers. The staff, including Peter and Helen, are welcoming and do an excellent job on manicures, pedicures, and full sets of nails. The establishment is very clean, and customers are treated like royalty. The nail and eyebrow services are of high quality, and shoulder massages are a delightful added touch. Customers appreciate the enthusiasm of the staff, and the workmanship is very fine. Many visitors find the environment very clean and calm, making it a perfect spot for self-care. The owner is super nice and provides wonderful service, including spa pedicures that are definitely worth the money.
I love my nails the lady who did mine was so nice. I had went to another nail salon to get a full set acrylics and after a few days they started to separate from my real nail. I called and got an appointment right away. She was very gentle taking off the old set of nails. She took her time and really did a good job. I showed her a reference picture and she made them look better than the picture I showed her. My appoimnet was at 6 and she even stayed open later than closing to finish my nails. I brought my little sister in for her first time getting hers done. She got the dip and the man who did hers did a really good job too. She was so happy with them. I love this place. Every employee I have encountered is kind and patient. They all do a great job. Helen is a hardworking Manager. No matter what day of the week or hour of the day I have visited, Helen is always there making sure everything runs smoothly. I have always been a walk in customer and never had to wait too long. Today, I had Zoe and I showed her a photo from online of yellow/pink ombré nails. She and Helen chose the perfect colors but gave me final choice. Zoe perfectly duplicated my online photo.
