Quite possibly the worst management company I have ever encountered. Literally nothing in their building works… no elevators for months on end…. As a person with disabilities how are they to gain access… escalators out of order and no consideration for the people that need access… possibly the laziest company I have ever seen
Federal Realty and Professional Security Consultant are foul companies. PSC hired me on as a Security officer which I had no issues with doing in the beginning . Then they offered me to do work as a receptionist with Federal Realty the company who contracts them. For 1 month and 2 weeks they informed me that I would be a receptionist doing work for Federal Realty and offered a pay raise. Awful, most selfish company you could ever deal with. Avoid dealing with these people AT ALL COSTS. There are much nicer properties that are managed far better, seek help elsewhere.
