Before the pandemic, I only went to Quyen for my eyelash extensions/refills. I was grateful to see she survived the pandemic and has continues to be successful. She's always been professional and personable. Just like any other salon service, who you go to makes all the difference. I enjoy my time with her! I've always received compliments for the lashes she creates for me and have recommended to everyone who's asked.
You should probably call ahead before going here. I tried to do a walk-in appointment. Was happy to see online they say they are open until 8 pm. Arrived at 6:30 pm, the hours on the door say open until 8 pm but they told me they were closing. So unclear what their actual hours are.
I loved my experience here. I walked in without an appointment and was able to sit down for a mani and pedi immediately. The products were fine, but the real appeal was the excellent customer service and the offer for wine or water (water for me, but I appreciated the option). They even asked me if I wanted room temperature or chilled water! My regular mani has lasted almost 2 weeks without chipping and still looks great if a little grown out. The only gripe I have with the manicure itself is that they didn't explicitly get the dirt from gardening from under a nail (it wasn't a lot but I hadn't gotten to it yet).
