As a small business owner myself and a LONG TIME client of this location, I am extremely disappointed in their business practices. I had a gift card that they refused to honor because it had expired. Money doesn't expire, so why should gift cards? Talk about shady business practices! I tried to support them during covid when I was not getting pedicures as I had a newborn at home. I asked my god-mother to get me a gift card from there so I could revisit it when I had my vaccines and once my baby was vaccinated as I was limiting any unnecessary exposure until my newborn was older. What a terrible business policy. They've lost a very good return client from this situation. Proceed with caution.

Before the pandemic, I only went to Quyen for my eyelash extensions/refills. I was grateful to see she survived the pandemic and has continues to be successful. She's always been professional and personable. Just like any other salon service, who you go to makes all the difference. I enjoy my time with her! I've always received compliments for the lashes she creates for me and have recommended to everyone who's asked.

You should probably call ahead before going here. I tried to do a walk-in appointment. Was happy to see online they say they are open until 8 pm. Arrived at 6:30 pm, the hours on the door say open until 8 pm but they told me they were closing. So unclear what their actual hours are.
