I’ve been seeing Dr. Cassie for over a year and a half, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She helped me tremendously with my lower back injury, and the level of care and attention she gives is exceptional.

Dr. Cassie is empathetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in her patients’ well-being. Every visit leaves me feeling better physically and mentally. You can tell she truly cares about helping people heal and feel their best.

Dr Casi is a magician for those who spend all too much time sitting in front of laptops. A biweekly visit keeps things straight, literally. High recommendation for DC area blue screen lifers.

If you are looking for an amazing chiropractor in Rockville, MD, I highly recommend Dr. Casi McFarland at Envision Health Chiropractic. I was rear-ended and left with a constant dull ache in my upper back and a lot of neck pain. I tried to just wait it out for 5 months, but I finally decided to go see Dr. Casi. I am so glad I did! After just a few treatments, I feel like I can stand up straighter and I feel so much better overall. On top of being very good at her job, Dr. Casi is funny and real.
