My friend's doctor couldn't figure out why the filter in her Respironix was not replaceable. DME Technician Keaira came to the rescue! She discovered that the 2022 factory filter needed a screwdriver to come out, so that the new filter could snap into place. Keaira's patience and perseverance meant that my friend didn't need to replace the machine because of its non-standard part.
Ms. McNeil was very helpful and provided excellent service. What started as a bad experience with my hardware turned into one of the best customer service interaction of my year. Wow.
