Lillian’s Nails can be a bit hit or miss as far as service goes. I’ve gone a few times and each time I’ve had a different experience. Their online set up is convenient for setting up appointments, but not for communicating needs with staff—especially for someone new to getting their nails done and aren’t sure what they’re actually paying for.Walking into the building, it takes time to be greeted if you are, even at non busy hours. It isn’t a place for walk-ins, and the quality of the work being done really depends on the what staff you’re working with. I visited this salon for the first time this past Monday. When I initially walked in there was a disgruntled customer complaining about getting a refund for a service she added on, but decided not to get and she was told she couldn’t get a refund. That should’ve been a warning for me to leave, but because I needed my nails done I stayed. I got my services and I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the work. However, after I paid my bill and gave a tip, I saw I was charged a 10% service fee! I asked what the service fee was for and the tech could not explain the reason for it. I've been looking for a new nail salon since I moved and I found a winner. Tay did my nails and pedicure and did a great job. She was very friendly and professional. She took her time and wanted my nails to be perfect. A great first time experience.
