Brandon and Christian are the two gentlemen who assisted me and my roofing issue. Both Brandon and Christian's customer service and attention to detail was marvelous. Christian was able to answer all of my questions and explained in great detail how he would fix my roofing issue. Christian was thorough and left me with no doubt, that he understood what needed to be done. Brandon was awesome. Talked with me, was able to provide me with timely service. Brandon and his crew were fantastic! I called Monocacy with intention of simply having them clean my first wood fired chimney. Not only did they do a wonderful job, Brandon took time explaining everything to me and things to watch out for, went over general maintenance with me, etc. Overall an excellent experience!!
