MTO Construction was one of four highly rated roofing contractors I contacted about replacing my roof.I chose MTO Construction because Carlos (the owner) presented himself as someone who is really dedicated and committed to his work, and it showed in the estimate he submitted. It was detailed, thorough, and included lots of photos that were taken from different angles to show what condition my roof was in.When my home insurance was “dragging its feet” to approve my claims, Carlos went back on my roof and made a video to demonstrate why it had to be replaced. Carlos was very professional from the time I made the appointment to completion of the job. I know that he could have chosen a more expensive fix but he was very honest and said all I needed was some caulking to take care of my roof leak. He did the work but didn’t accept any payment. He was at my house for at least 30 minutes but said he didn’t think it fair to charge me for caulking. Amazing! Such integrity! Definitely recommend!
