Incredibly friendly and actionable sales and work force. I was looking for an Heating Oil supplier as my previous supplier was bought up by one of the big companies. The only company, after the mistake of another, were the ONLY company willing to deliver an emergency order without a contract. It was 7 that morning, and Gerner showed their concern and stated to me a next day delivery. In reality, they were there before dinnertime that very day. I'll never even consider another company.
