Only Nails

I had my first visit to “Only Nail Salon” today 11/23/24. The salon opens at 10:00am and only two technicians were there. But that was fine I was a walk in and there was another client. The tech was very helpful and friendly. He and I chatted about his career and his techniques doing nails. He was very friendly as some nail tech won’t engage at all. I asked for his card because I will visit again and make an appointment with him.

I asked for a sparkly French tip and they did not add the sparkle but that wasn’t the main problem. The main problem was the main dryer to dry your feet and nails broke and my sister had to use a tiny fan which took forever to dry. Other than that great service mostly everyone was nice and friendly. One person was very rude. The pedicure was not good either. There was crusty left over and it made my legs super dry. I won’t be going back

I came to get a fill-in on Saturday, December 17, 2022 and was told that I had to wait but a customer that came in after me needed to have a nail fixed and got serviced. Totally not cool customer service.
