Started off ok. What is making me mad is, on Google and on my dry cleaner slip closing time is 7pm. Went to pick up my graduation clothing at 645pm and the door said closed at 6pm now I have nothing for graduation ??♀️. This was my first time

I use this business all the time and have for years. They are always as expected. I occasionally get sizing or seamstress work done and it's always perfect. In fact I'm going to get some pants hemmed today. They don't have a lot of personality and I think she works like 80 hours a week, but I appreciate their hard work to keep the doors open for us. It's hard to run a business with todays restriction, taxes, licenses, requirements and expenses.

Worst dry cleaners ever, they altered my dress and some how got stains along the sides of the alterations and then proceeded to blame me for it and not take accountability. At first I was kind about the mistake but Instead of trying to give me good customer service they began to yell at me. One I told them I'm not paying and I was leaving because they did not fulfill the service I was going to pay for, they began to threaten that they would call the police, sue me and took pictures of me and my car and I'm pretty sure they started to say "you people" as in people who have my skin color. DO NOT TRUST THEM AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
