“Dr. Grande and everyone at Grande Family chiropractic is amazing. I had been having back pain on and off for years. And had been to physical therapy, which did help at the time. The most recent bout lasted over a year, after I had my second baby. I was having so much pain that I would topple over on the street I was afraid I was going to drop my 1 year old and not be able to get back up. When I found Dr. Grande, i was barely able to move. He was so kind and he listened to me without judging. I'm heavy and my dr basically told me to lose weight. Yes that does help, but Dr. Grande gave me a referral for my MRI ( which my pcp said my insurance wouldn't cover and it was covered). The MRI showed 2 bulging disc's and some other issues. Dr. Grande helped me reduce the inflammation in my back and gave me not only mobility, but a pain free existence! I am so grateful. Dr. Grande is honest and really actually listens. He takes time to make sure I understand everything. When I was ready, he recommended a great physical therapist to help me learn exercises and keep me moving and healthy. Dr. Grande gave me my life back and I'm forever grateful.“

“I had an amazing experience with the staff at Dr. Koloski's practice. His associates, Angel and Megan, gave me a welcoming atmosphere while I waited for Dr. Koloski. He was very informative about patients who've had a herniated disc injury like myself, gave me the best options for treatment, and didn’t make me feel rushed. He ensured I was comfortable before applying any adjustment during my alignment while being cautious and gentle. The vertebral decompression machine complemented the alignment and left me feeling noticeably better and more fluid in my movements. My lower back pain has significantly subsided since my visit. Highly recommend Dr. Koloski and looking forward to my next treatment!“
“I’m not saying chiropractors are magical but I am saying Dr. Curran fixed my lower back pain that I’ve had for over 15 years and that’s kind of the same thing. Now when my back starts to hurt again I immediately book an appointment here and wonder how I lived my life every day with that pain. I also had plantar fasciitis that I was working (unsuccessfully) with a podiatrist to treat when I first started coming to the chiropractor and to my surprise Dr. Curran said it was probably due to my hips being out of alignment which he fixed and he was right.
