I couldn’t recommend Greg and his team enough! He is an expert on septic systems and the local issues that cause them to fail. Our septic was backing up into our house and while other companies suggested an entire septic replacement and wouldn’t take a look or give a quote until we did a perc test, Greg was willing to take a look to give us some guidance and an estimated cost. He diagnosed that only our drain field needed to be replaced and created a plan so it wouldn’t fail again. What a great family and business. Extremely responsive, prompt, professional, courteous, reasonably priced and just nice people. Identified the problem (serious tree roots in septic system drain field pipe) and did a painstakingly careful job of digging to avoid a utility line. Fixed everything and put it all back together in a matter of hours. Outstanding.

Outback did an excellent job at repairing my failing septic. They quickly responded during initial issue; troubleshot the issue; prepared a temp solution; and walked us through the County process. The day of install was seamless - ONE DAY ! Many larger companies we talked to made the process so much more complicated but at Outback we had access to the owner (Greg) the entire time.
