Had a 500 Sqft deck rebuilt and added a screened in porch. We interviewed 4 different builders and settled on RIS due to scope of work they could provide and price. They provided good communication and clear drawings. Charlie Frothingham was great! Was responsive to clarifying our questions and clearing up any discrepancies we had between our vision and what could be done. Very positive experience. We would absolutely have them do work for us again. Would recommend.

Outstanding customer service and workmanship. We got a very detailed explanation on the building of the patio shared lots of information around our options then followed up with a prompt reply with an estimate. They were on time from start to finish. They were very responsive to questions etc. Even when the wrong color bricks that outline our pavers were delivered they quickly pivoted got the correct bricks delivered and finished on time.
