So happy I found Jerry. Laptop wouldn't come on, thought I needed to find another or get repaired, called Onsite and Jerry was able to troubleshoot issue over the phone. BLOWN AWAY by the great customer service because he didn't have to help on the phone. Will recommend to everyone.

Best experience ever. It is the best repair shop in the area. Jerry is a fantastic guy because of his excellent customer service skills. My computer's motherboard blew up and he helped by ordering new parts for it. I really appreciate his honestly, knowledge, and kindness for providing the service for free. He even threw in an extra power supply for my computer. I highly recommend this repair shop and you cannot go wrong with it.

I have a computer that I took to micro center multiple times and they were never able to fix it just gave a bandage fix and the problem always came back. Took it to onsite and left it there for a day and they it the problem was fixed and even gave some pointers, they were upfront with everything, nice pricing, and they even went over everything they did and answer all the questions along the way ( they taught me a nice bit that day too?)
