On Wednesday, July 9, I received roses from the flower bucket, but immediately noticed that the roses didn't look normal or what I was familiar with seeing. I reached out to the flower bucket and they responded promptly in less than 24 hours. They approached the concern with a combination of understanding, professionalism, and unwavering integrity. That showed me that they value their customers and business. They will be replacing the roses today and apologized for the flowers not being up to their quality and standards. I ordered 2 sunflowers for my daughter’s 2nd Birthday last minute. They went above and beyond for me they wrapped them in a beautiful bouquet package and they lasted for a while and it made my daughters day. Definitely will be using everytime I need flowers!
