TBC did an excellent job on my crawl space encapsulation. Brenda and Rachel are very friendly and always kept me up to date with scheduling/quotes. Albert did my site visit and explained everything they were going to do in detail. I did not meet the crew but I looked at their progress everyday and they always left a neat jobsite and not a single piece of trash anywhere. My crawl space was dark, damp, and nasty now it’s like a hospital clean room! I will definitely be contacting them in the future if I need anything else done. Thanks again!
After obtaining 3 estimates from different companies, I am so happy that I chose TBC. Albert and his office staff (Brenda and Rachel) and Charlie and the crew that came out with him were all so professional and knowledgeable and friendly. The work was completed in a timely manner even though a few unforeseen issues came up. The crew was respectful of my time and property. Honestly this has to be the first time I've had work done at my house that a contractor removed all of their trash and left over materials upon completion. It was like they were never here except that now I have a very clean, dry, mold-free and amazing crawlspace! I absolutely couldn't be more pleased!
We had cold floors…problem solved. TBC installed insulation in the basement and crawl space ceiling. This company is top notch! Professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. Communication was proactive and helpful from scheduling the free estimate to work completion. Bonus to be able to support a locally owned small business!
