Called everyone in the local area and only two companies returned my call. Copsey's had the earliest appointment available. The gentleman explained what he was doing and was personable. They have our business for as long as we own the home.

Working with AQI as a team to find the septic tank, install risers, pump the tank and suction for a blockage, they were professional, efficient, and timely. I highly recommend AAACopsey when you need this service.

The gentleman from Copseys was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I learned so much about how septic systems work. And even though it turned out I didn't need a pump out, he spent 30 minutes showing me how things work so in the future I would know if I needed to actually call them or a plumber. I just inherited an older home and knew nothing and now I feel like I really understand the septic situation better!
