Finding a new hair dresser after moving to a new town has always been most challenging for me, and I am delighted that I found Andy in MD. Been around and have lived in cities like New York, Seoul, and Tokyo, I appreciate a hair dresser as talented and experienced as Andy. I used to have long hair down by my waist which I had to cut to shoulder length. With Andy, I successfully grew it back down to my waist while I fully enjoy the colors, straight perms, and stylings.
