We are very pleased with our new staircase. Brad was great during the initial meeting and gave us some terrific advice when we were making design choices. The work started exactly when we discussed and was finished according to the time frame given. The crew was great! Dave worked wonders making sure the stain was the color we wanted. They kept the area clean and were super friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Darby Stair Renovations and are so happy we decide to update the staircase in our home . A project we thought might be difficult and disruptive , was easy and seamless. Thanks to Brad and his crew!!
Brad and the crew did an awesome job creating our new entry stair rail system! We had been looking at options for the railings for quite some time on the internet. We called Darby Stairs along with a couple of other stair specialists to see if what we were envisioning was feasible. One company disregarded our thoughts, one quoted just what we wanted, but Brad heard what we wanted and explained the problems with our design and recommended a solution. When we received the price from Darby Stairs, we were shocked! Not only was his solution more involved than the others, but his price was $2,000 lower than his competition! We had a great experience with Darby Stair renovation and would definitely recommend them to family and friends for any staircase renovation. After interviewing 4 other companies, Brad was easy to work with, listened to what I wanted and continued to communicate throughout the process. His attention to detail, specifically matching the stain to our existing wood floor, was excellent. His staff was friendly, professional and always showed up on time.
