The Zerodraft team helped our resident association secure a $100,000+ energy grant for a complex multifamily project, navigating some complex project issues pertaining to our antiquated HVAC system. Their work included on-site energy audit, energy bill benchmarking, budget and grant analysis, and supporting engineering calculations. As a Property Manager in the industry I felt compelled to share and highly recommend a local energy-efficiency vendor, Zerodraft Maryland LLC.
Keeping an Energy Star Score of 75 or higher has been a priority for my community . For the past 3 years, we have been struggling to find cost-efficient ways to improve our score by doing all work in-house. However, in meeting with Zerodraft Maryland in September 2024 to discuss 2025 Capital projects, we determined several projects that we could finish this year within a few weeks at $0 cost to our community.
