Uno, the Salon

After a terrible initial experience with one of the stylists, I decided to give Uno another try at the encouragement of the manager, April. She recommended Jeannie who is a new stylist and it was the polar opposite of my 1st visit. She listened, took her time, and made sure I was satisfied with my haircut before I left, which I was. April comp'ed my haircut which was a nice "customer recovery" gesture. I plan to return and would definitely recommend Jeannie! While Jeannie provided a 5-star experience/haircut, need another visit or two before I would bump up overall rating to a 5.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I made an appt today with Uno and I have found my new stylist!!Not only did he listen to my thoughts on a new style he cut my hair where the hair looks lighter. The cut brought out the high lights. I feel good about my hair. And isnt that whats important. Thank you Uno, I'll be back in 7 weeks. Thank youService: Haircut
