I don’t go tanning very often, but I’ve kept a membership at Palm Beach Tanning. When I came in today, I was surprised to learn that my membership payments hadn’t been going through, and I had a balance of a few hundred dollars. The manager, Sarah Rutkowski, was incredibly kind and professional in helping me understand what happened. She took the time to explain the situation clearly and offered me a very fair solution.

I’ve been going to this salon for years. The girls are NEVER at the desk, always sitting in the back. You walk in to no one, you leave with no one. Very unprofessional.I always go into bed 2. The sprayer has been broken in it for years…last year it just spit at you. lol. Now nothing at all.The music is the same 4 songs over and over for years. Sounds like an airport bathroom. The worst.For the amount of money you are pulling in that place…upgrade the beds that are still the same for many years. And for gosh sakes…change the music.Service: Tanning
Even though I have been a Premier sunless member for 10+ years and pay over $65 a month. they are now adding a $10 surcharge every time I use the Versa. They likely do this to push people into the Mystic tanning, which seems antiquated to me because you still have to have an attendant put a cartridge in for you.I would rather have them adjust their pricing by a few dollars and not charge me $10. every time I walk through the door to use the versa. It leaves me with a bad feeling about the business.
