The Raines Restoration team did a great job remediating a small mold problem I had near one of the windows in my house. They are a quality team! I will definitely do business with them again.
Raines Restoration made the process easy, especially considering I was out of state. They helped walk me through the insurance process, and was super nice and responsive whenever I had questions. They handled a lot of the insurance side, and I was very grateful!
Recently had Trey and his team visit to conduct a requested mold inspection of our new home due to a concern about one particular room. Scheduling the appointment was simple and Trey and his team arrived on time the day of the visit. They were thorough, conducted multiple tests, and answered a variety of questions while explaining their work during the course of the visit. Following the visit the test results were sent for analyzation and received promptly on my end within a quick period of time all things considered. Gladly Trey and team were able to alleviate our concerns and we are grateful for their service as well as level of communication throughout the process.
