Stay away from this guy!!! Very unprofessional. Only showed up when it was convenient for him. Confused as to electrical hook up. Blatantly over- charged me . Left me with a non- functional system. I would NOT recommend FES quality services to ANYONE! He was not responsive, he sent his "helpers" out to do the work who did not fix our problem whatsoever. Our A/C quit working on us altogether. We called FES, he came out and diagnosed the problem. Said we needed a new motor and capacitor. It took 3 days for someone to come out to "fix" it, and that was only because I had to contact HIM to ask when they would be out. After his "helpers" came out to "fix" it we then had a new issue arise. He was contacted several times regarding this issue and a week later we were still having this issue. Great service. Very responsive when you need work done. I called them when my system froze up once. He recommended a replacement. I called another local company for a second opinion and that tech wound up letting out a lot of my Freon. When my ac started blowing warm Frank came out the same day I called him and got the system back up. His prices are reasonable and his advice is great. He will be my go to from now on for HVAC work.
