We are extremely pleased with the treatment our Penny receives and the friendly staff. When there is an issue we receive a call and come up with a plan to resolve it in a manner best for our dog. They seem to really care for the guests under their care. We would highly recommend them.
Grooming: I used Perfect Pet Resort to groom my petite goldendoodle. I recently relocated from NC to Md and was referred by someone who had only wonderful things to say about their lodging resources.
The staff were amazing! Stephanie assisted me, and she was a sweetie; she was courteous, patient and gave me a tour of the facility!
Jordan groomed my my baby girl and she did a fantastic job!! I will definitely return again!
This place is amazing!!!!!! Well organized and the staff is amazing with your pets needs. Extremely polite, great customer sevice and knowledgable on pets. Indoors facility that is climate controlled to make your pets feel comfortable, outdoor activities with sprinklers and pools!!!! Cuddle time, non stop relaxing/soothing music for the pets and more... i could go on, however I highly suggest pet owners visit this establishment... this is the cream of the crop for your pets!!!! Imagine you checking in a Motel 6 or Hilton... this place is the Hilton for our pets.
