My wife and I found By Design professional, reliable, dependable, and timely. We love our new patio.

We approached Roberto Osario, the owner of “By Design” to design and construct a back patio with roof. We have had a long relationship with Roberto and his company and felt he was capable of doing the job.

We examined his portfolio of work, which validated his ability to do the job.

The members of “By Design” were on site early in the morning and stayed on site all day and were never in the way. They were always friendly and respectful.

Loved working with Roberto and his crew. Went through lots of difficulty with the county giving us hassle but Roberto took care of everything and worked diligently with us in completing our very own oasis. He has been open to things we’ve wanted to add along the way and is fantastic at providing his own insight and suggestions. We love our new backyard and look forward to adding on with the help of Roberto over the years!
