I am clumsy, accident prone - you name it I broke it, tore it, strained/sprained, dislocated it. Over the decades I have been to Physical Therapy. None comes near the caliber and care that I found at NDGait. Nicole is a miracle worker. I came to her with a dispaced sacro-illiac joint, compressed ribs, and oodles of other related issues. With knowledge, expertise and humor she sorted out all the problems with compassion. Her practice is one on one so her time was dedicated to helping me regain movement. She gave me exercises to do at home and within a matter of weeks I was good as new. Nicole's office is near BWI Airport so an easy trek from pretty much anywhere in Maryland. I promise having her counsel, advice and physical therapy is worth the trip.
