When Tommy and WT came out for service calls they were always courteous, professional, and would explain what they were doing and just about anything else. When I called the office to make appointments or check on call status the folks were always friendly and patient with my questions and problems. Thanks T.N.Bowes.

Our a/c died last week, of course just in time for some warm wx. TN Bowes ordered the part, back ordered for 6 weeks. Running today with "rescue" parts, a category I had never heard of. Been superior for years, this confirms it big time!
