I started going to the small group training after "graduating" from Physical therapy after back surgery. I realized I was intimidated and honestly fearful that I was going to do something to set back the progress I had made in physical therapy. AND in the spirit of honesty I was not disciplined enough to maintain the homework. The trainers at Root SUP & Fitness have been a blessing and a key component in my success to continue to enjoy and thrive in life while gaining more motion range, flexibility, strength, and way better balance. First time here & first time doing aerial yoga ... I'm hooked. My body thoroughly appreciated this class, it helped my mental, and everyone was so inviting. Cathy made me feel right at home and very comfortable. Definitely planning to come regularly and check out the other classes as well.
