Very impressed with the speed of service and ability to put the solutions in place same day. Michael came out assessed what we had going on and was able to take care of problems while he was there. No waiting, follow up or return trip needed. He also gladly did more than asked and was mindful of our home daycare and animals on the property. Highly recommend and will be using for years to come!
Just had Michael out to do an estimate. Very professional and personable guy. He answered all my questions and concerns. He explained the whole process well and even got me on the schedule while he was there. The whole process from calling in to their office and to him arriving was very easy.
So glad to have a company like Guardian in the area! We just had Mike S. out to do termite prevention work and he pointed out to us that our French drain in our crawlspace was installed improperly and a sump pump wasn’t working. We have recently had a plumber down there that failed to mention (or notice?) that! It’s just nice to know that these are people that care. We have only been using Guardian for pest control for a short time, but I’m so happy with them at this point, I couldn’t fathom switching companies.
