I’m new to the gym but they welcomed me with open arms. I love the intensity and discipline of this team. It really is a great group of guys and girls. The coaching staff are experts and really know how to explain practical moves that help you the more you practice them.
Coming here was great! They had a good atmosphere, the coach was really nice, and I had a good time. They do throw you right into classes, so be prepared to exercise and learn fast! Highly recommend coming here.
Best Jiu Jitsu/MMA gym in SoMd! My two kids and I have been coming here for almost a year and we absolutely love it! Kids’ class is the perfect balance between learning skills and having fun, which is important to keep kids engaged. For me, I love both the women’s only class and the co-ed class! We are a tight team and I can’t imagine training anywhere else!
