“This review is long overdue. I started seeing Dr. Ray in winter 2022/2023 after a desperate call to my friends asking for ANY suggestions on how to relieve my back pain. I had already had spinal fusion to repair a fracture, but my pain had returned and I had returned to the ER several times. Dr Ray and Dr Gabby were so very gentle with me. The approach of the practice is to start with an in depth consultation complete with x-rays. They look at the angle of your spine and your alignment on various planes (see photo - red is where I was - green is where I should be). They then recommend a treatment plan. From day 1, I felt their approach was driven by science and the data in my x-rays. Started care 3 times a week at that point with stretching (ligaments) and adjustments. It took a bit of time, but I am now mostly pain-free. I get adjusted once every 3 weeks or so for maintenance. I used to be afraid of my pain - a hotel bed, a long car trip, reaching for something could all induce sudden painful muscle spasms which spread and were totally debilitating. With Moss chiropractic's education and support as well as my orthotics and special pillow, I feel equipped to handle any sudden spasm and can get it under control in a day or two (even faster with a trip to Dr. Ray) - instead of the week or more it used to take. I cannot imagine where I would be today without their care. Give them a chance to heal you - I promise you won't be sorry.“

“If i could give 10 stars i would! Dr Spencer is an amazing dude and even better doctor. Beyond recommended anyone that needs a chiropractor, going through rehab, injuries, or anything in between.

I’ve had my share of injuries throughout my life, you name it; a ligament or muscle group and I’m sure I probably injured it doing something. The past few months I’ve been dealing with a horrible reoccurring lower back injury that makes my entire body tense, tight, and painful just to do just about anything.
Growing up with a chiropractor with my family, i saw a chiropractic as a steppingstone only keep you limber but not to heal your body. Bedore seeing Dr. Spencer, I’ve had my share of chiropractors who are more money grabbers than actually give a damn about trying to heal or fix your injur. Immediately after coming to Dr. Spencer, he identified all of the problems that were plaguing me along with other problems that I didn’t even realize I had. In a span of two months, I went from having pain every single day to almost nonexistent pain, and have routinely been seeing Dr. Spencer for better critiques on how to get back into being more physically active.
