Brightview Cleaning

Cancelled the planned window washing 30 minutes prior to the job because it was too cold. They stated it needed to be more than 45 degrees, which was never in the forecast and unlikely in mid-November at 10:30 am. I had stayed home from work to be available during appointment. I don’t know how their rating is 4.9 with that level of customer service.

We have used Brightview for inside and outside window cleaning for several years. We continue to use them because they do such a great job, are dependable and professional. Next we are adding exterior pressure washing to the list. We highly recommend them!Services: Rooftop/skylight cleaning

Absolutely thrilled with the work from Brightview! Tom and Hudson were fantastic! Both gentleman were extremely professional, keeping their distance and masks inside during this uncertain time, not requested by us. They took absolute pride in their work and Wow did it show. I know why our neighborhood is Team Brightview! We are excited to join in with the cleanest house and windows on Lake Gaston and we will see this crew for maintenance again before the holidays!
