RUN. Overpriced & the braiders don't know the difference between traditional box braids & knotless braids. I noticed my hair was two different sizes & looked different while two ladies worked on my head. When I brought it to the ladies' attention, one of the ladies appeared to be frustrated that SHE made a mistake & attempted to stare at me like it was MY fault. The owner came over & they had to re-do a portion of my head. I was so frustrated that I grabbed a comb to speed up the process. After re-doing that section it still wasn't done correctly & they thought I didn't notice but I was over it & was ready to go by this point. When I checked out the owner was actually going to charge me the full price ! When I reminded her of the mishap ( & note my hair was STILL not done correctly ) she took off $10 & had an attitude about it. I wont even look in the direction of this shop ever again.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Their prices are ridiculous; they overcharge and try to act like they are doing you a favor. I have gotten neck length kinky twist before and they charged me $230 for them. Mind you, this hair style is one I have frequently done every summer for the last 5 years and prior to coming to them (just moved back to the area), I have paid no more than $180 for kinky twist same length. The first time, the lady also took 9 hours to complete them and did not do a good job finishing the ends, they were coming undone before I even left the shop and she did a terrible job curling them. She also told me $180 at first then charged me $240 when she "finished." Today, I went in for box braids, when making the appt., I was told $190+ on the phone; I got bra length medium sized box braids, I also wanted an ombre color. They did not give me ombre, the color was mixed in with the black throughout and when I noticed it and called it out, they tried to convince me that it was ombre like I was stupid and not looking at the hair in the mirror (gaslighting). The lady also told me ig will cost $250, actually she said "for you, $250 because usually it cost $260" like she was doing me a favor and again like I am not aware of what the actual cost should be; she ALSO did not complete the ends fully and tried to make them smooth with gel and moose and hairspray after they won't sit smoothly post hot water. Bra length medium sized braids should be $180 - $190 which is what I have paid numerous times before plus she wasn't even doing them in the style I wanted. I have given them one too many chances and absolutely will not be going back there. Save your money, time and avoid being talked to like your stupid or being gaslighted.

This is the worse shop. The young lady which you walk to the left has the worse attitude very unprofessional and rude. They talk about is in this shop like a dog but would she didn't realized I understood everything she said about me. Who messed up two braids. they were uneven and was coming out. please don't waste your time going here.
