Was in a pinch to ship my truck back to Hawai'i and needed to have my carpet SPOTLESS. I vacuumed it myself three times prior to inspection and the shipping company still said it was not clean enough. My truck was by no means filthy, but not up to their standards. I gave up and needed to have it showroom clean in under two hours. I called Uptown and Fyheem dropped everything. He said to bring the truck by and explained that he gets those calls all the time from people in the same situation. Fyheem made me believe the saying "Not all heros wear capes". This man meticulously vacuumed and wiped down the interior of my truck and guaranteed me it would pass. He did not let me leave until it was up to the shipping company's standard and it was. If it wasn't for him, I would have missed my appointment and have to push back my move. Best service and staff!
