Ashley is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive, but also direct and honest exactly what you need in a great trainer. She gives constructive feedback in a way that helps you grow without ever making you feel discouraged.
I really appreciated how she took the time to explain techniques clearly, correct my mistakes with grace, and make sure I truly understood the why behind each step. You can tell she genuinely wants her students to succeed and become confident lash artists.
