Dr. Kaur was incredibly unprofessional and left me with the feeling that they will do anything they can to stretch things out into as many billable visits as possible as well as lie to your face about the costs.I have never had a doctor refuse to preform a physical on the first visit but rather insist on "getting to know you" on the first visit and then bill you for it.then when the pharmacist called them to confirm an ongoing prescription for anxiety meds, they refused to confirm it until after they had a phone call with me. and despite asking repeatedly to both the receptionist and the doctor if i would be paying anything out of pocket for that 5 minute phone call and being told no several times. I received an over 200 dollar bill for it which even after insurance left me 100 dollars out of pocket.Unless you want a doctor who cares more about squeezing every bit of billing out of you as possible, then they do about your health i recommend looking elsewhere.

Doctor is very unprofessional. As the other reviewer stated, the doctor over charges her patients to fill out simple one page documents. I’m assuming this makes up for the lack of business she’s likely receiving. Each time I’ve been in the office only one other patient. This was before covid 19. Doctor doesn’t prefer to ever communicate with any specialist regarding patients health. My dad went here for three years and his health was deteriorating. When we switched him to another doctor, we were told that if he would have stayed he wouldn’t have lived long. I wouldn’t recommend this health care facility as an option. Better off going to the local clinic. Doctor is out of date with techniques. She’s also extremely outspoken and often rude to her patients. When the long term reception left that’s when we left. She was very good at her job and often had to remind the doctor of important things.

Awesome experience with Dr.Kaur for my long-lasting acute bronchitis. She's very professional and caring during the whole visit, patient to listen to me. The medicine she prescribed is really helpful. I went to couple other clinics or doctors on this, Lanham medical center is the best one. I wish I could go there earlier to address my issue.
