Awa treated the customer's mother with utmost respect and made her feel very special. Even after COVID, Awa took special precautions when the customer's mother wanted her hair braided again. Awa sees her clients as people, not just as paychecks. The customer is also Awa's regular client, praising her unmatched braiding technique and punctuality. After the customer's hair was damaged from relaxers, Awa helped it recover in record time. The customer now considers Awa her sister and highly recommends booking an appointment with her.
