“He was very competent, however very slow. We went to him the second week in February to file our very simple straightforward taxes and do an amended tax return. He did not file our taxes until the second week in April. To our surprise, when we went to pick up our tax return, he said he completed our taxes but would do the amended return later. Took about another month. If you go to him, expect to wait a very long time. Or ask if he can guarantee EVERYTHING to be done by a certain date. We are still waiting for our amended return refund!He did a good job with the taxes themselves though, which is why I gave him a 4 star review.“

“Excellent Certified Public Accountant company; I have been using Banks and Associates since 2008. As a Dentist, at times I may be employed by multiple offices which offer W2 and 1099; due to the knowledgeable skills of Mr. Banks, I have never had an IRS issue.
