everyone was very polite and respectful I liked the service but I didn’t like how they made us wait outside for 15 minutes even when the sign says “we open at 7:45” it was cold. I even received a message from them saying “please arrive 15 before your appointment” it wasn’t until eight when they finally open the door

Dr. Frank, Mili, and the rest of the staff are fantastic. Yesterday, I had an emergency that caused Dr. Frank to alter an already very busy schedule to accommodate me. She and Mili did so with great empathy and professionalism. My smile was a wreck when I walked in their office and they transformed it into something beautiful. First time coming to their office. Everyone was so nice. The dentist assistant was awesome, she explained everything in a way that I could understand and wasn’t freaking out. Her alone gets 5 ⭐️. I just found my new dentist
