Unacceptable service! They charged me $200 only to find out from the IRS the return was done wrong and instead of getting a large refund I actually owe. I contacted the office and brought them the letter. I called during their working hours for the next couple weeks they refused to answer the phone calls or return any of my voice mails. I now have to pay another tax service to do my taxes all over again. I have been going to Suzie for 12 years since she was in Waldorf and now the family has totally run the business into the ground. we dropped our tax paperwork off well over a month ago in plenty of time to have it done before the cut off date, we ,to this date have not heard. last we heard was "she has your file and is working on it and will get back to you next week...." well next week came and went and here we are and still nothing. we will NEVER go to them again. they have run Suzies business into the ground. an absolute shame.

Unprofessional and unorganized, the receptionist will tell you something on the phone once you come into the office it will be another thing. They consistent contradict what they say, over priced and underserviced. I waited over 8 weeks to get my taxes last year and 4 weeks to get my taxes this year. They charged me $200 to file single, with standard deductions. I would stay as far away from this tax office as possible and choose a more professional location with more reasonable rates and service.
