I absolutely loved this gym when I was living in Port Tobacco! There’s no contract, and the monthly fees are extremely reasonable. I really miss their Body Pump classes, and the gym as a whole. I loved the variety of equipment, and the mat room for stretching. They are always bringing in new, updated equipment.

Love this cozy gym, I have been attending since 2021 there is plenty of space to weight lift/oly lift.There is an open area with mats and that’s my favorite! This gym is spacious and I don’t feel crowded in there. There are tones of Kb and dumbbells. Enough smith and functional trainer machines too !I recommend this gym ! Well worth it :)

Great gym and great people. Price is very fair and no contract. I had to put my membership on hold and they were awesome about it. I have to take care of my sister who was in a severe car accident and they were very empathetic. Great equipment, experience and people. Highly recommend if you need a gym or martial arts training for you or your kids to go here if you live in the area. Five stars for sure!!
