I started out with a lot of back pain. i was coming twice a week for adjustments and therapy. I did not believe Dr. A when he told me I would be able to drop down to once a month. But he was right and I am pain free without medication. So grateful for them. They are great at what they do and they treat you like family.

Very good experiences with La Plata Family Chiro. Great staff, patient Dr.s and prompt appointments. Dr Alfano has helped navigate pregnancies, throwing my back out and everything else life has thrown at me over the years. Stellar practice! ????

A huge help!!! Learned a lot too. I have played competitive soccer my whole life and having recently moved to the Waldorf area and accumulated another injury, pinched nerve in my lower back. Mr. Alfano and his Christian are both knowledgeable and very understanding in all things back related. The nursing staff and the receptionists are all very friendly and kind hearted. I Will be a client as long as I live in the dmv.
