Love my new patio! From the consultation with Keith Carpenter to the construction of our patio and stairs with our Project manager, Nesty Absalan and David Hernandez and Crew, things moved very quickly and efficiently. We couldn't wait to put our patio furniture and grill out there and start enjoying it. I would absolutely use KP Homescapes again.

Initially I wanted a swimming pool but the County kept adding conditions. I talked with Phillip and we changed to a patio design which I absolutely LOVE!! Working with KP Homescapes has been an AMAZING experience. Betty provided timely updates and wonderful communication. Phillip was easy to work with and exceeded my expectations! Nesty was on site and also had great communication with a smile! David and his crew came and did their job quickly and beautifully! I don’t give too many kudos but KP Homescapes deserves the accolades. Thank you for a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to start the next project and yes, there will be another.
